Antique Silver Plated Calottes (also know as clam shells, bead tips or necklace ends) are used to cover a knot or crimp bead at the end of a beaded thread or bead stringing wire. They hide the knot or crimp and provide a link to attach a clasp to. Perfect for necklaces and bracelets.
